Ye Olde Breweriana Shoppe

Here's another Pennsylvania rarity - off condition but the chances of finding another border on slim. It appears that the toning is the result of a shellacing process that someone added aftermarket. We've tried a few tricks to leech out the discoloration but to no avail - if anyone has any ideas we'd love to hear them.
